Nick Eberts

Nick is an Ohio-based freelance lighting and projection designer with a passion for the performing arts and visual storytelling. Currently a senior at Kent State University, he is pursuing a BFA in Theatre Design, Technology and Production. ​​​He has been passionately involved in the performing arts for many years, leveraging his technical skills to produce high-quality work. Nick excels in communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organization, making these attributes some of his top qualities while working collaboratively with directors and design teams. Nick has experience in numerous types of productions and events, involving a mixture of technical experiences. He has garnered numerous awards for his contributions to the arts and eagerly seeks new opportunities to explore innovative designs.
Nick's areas of expertise include but are not limited to lighting and projection design and programming, sound design, video/content editing, and graphic design.
Currently, Nick is involved in productions taking place at the Jeanne B. McCoy Community Center for the Arts, and the Charleen & Charles Hinson Amphitheater.
